Privacy Policy
How DevNetLynx handles account, marketplace, project and payment-related information.
1. Information we process
DevNetLynx processes information supplied when users register, maintain profiles, create or apply for projects, communicate through the platform, submit deliverables, use support or dispute workflows, and interact with payment services. This can include contact details, account records, project content, transaction references and operational logs.
2. Why we process it
Information is used to operate and secure the marketplace, authenticate users, match and administer projects, provide notifications, maintain financial and audit records, prevent abuse, resolve disputes, support users and meet legal obligations.
3. Payment providers
Payment transactions may be handled by third-party payment providers. DevNetLynx should not be used to collect payment-card credentials directly. Provider-confirmed transaction references and statuses may be retained for accounting, reconciliation, dispute and audit purposes.
4. Sharing
Information is shared only as reasonably required to provide the marketplace, complete a user-requested transaction, use contracted service providers, protect the platform or users, resolve disputes, or comply with law. Project participants may see information needed to perform the applicable project.
5. Security and retention
DevNetLynx uses access controls and technical safeguards intended to protect platform information. Records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for service, security, financial, dispute and legal purposes, subject to applicable requirements.
6. User choices
Users may contact DevNetLynx to request assistance with account or privacy matters. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, financial reconciliation, disputes or legal compliance.
7. Contact and updates
Privacy questions can be submitted through the DevNetLynx contact page. This policy may be updated as the service, providers and legal requirements evolve.
